Who We Are, What We Do

The Integrated Database System for Human Resources for Health (IDSHRH) was developed to capture, process, store and report vital information on HRH encompassing production, utilization, and deployment up to migration, re-entry and retirement at the national level.


Relevant and timely information are essential to the effective management of Human Resources for Health (HRH). It is important to know how many HRH are needed in specific areas at any given time and how many are available and or should be produced at a given time and where they can be deployed to ensure access to basic health services by all. In addition, information on how many HRH are leaving the country and their country of destination is essential in migration management. The development of the IDSHRH aims to strengthen the collaboration and data sharing among the different HRH Network Philippines (HRHN) agencies.
